Training information

We train on:

Tuesday’s at 3:30 PM

Thursday’s at 3:30 PM

Saturday’s at 8:00 AM

Sunday’s at 8:00 AM

We usually start from my home and leave North on A1A and typically ride 40 Miles each week day. On Saturday’s we will start doing a long ride which will be anywhere from 50 to 80 Miles. When we do 50 Miles we usually go to Boynton Beach inlet and back.

On the 80 Mile ride we go to Palm Beach and back.

We will organize a ride South from Haulover beach to Key Biscayne and back to Haulover, this is about 75 mile round trip but it’s a great ride and will break the monotony of going north all the time.

If you have any suggestions on other training rides let me or chip know.

Hope you ride as much as possible whether you can join the other riders or do it on your own, the idea is to put as much time on your bike as possible.

If you have sent me an Email and your in my Email list I will be sending confirmation before each ride. In case of bad weather and the ride is canceled I will let you know.
