B.
A second manner of collecting money (favored by one of our riders) is
to have contributors send their checks (made out to Tuesday's Angels) directly
to the biker. The biker ( after receiving a number of contributions)
then sends or delivers those checks directly to Tuesday's Angels.
It seems this method is a dependable way to account for all the
contributions made in support of any particular rider.
The rider has control of accounting and aggregating funds contributed
as a result of his/her efforts. This
collection option, as the one above, appears
as another fair and safe way of handling contributions
C.
With the advent of the new biker criteria that a $500.
minimum of contributions to
Tuesday's Angels must be acquired by each biker, a third
option seems justifiable ( See Section "2.Contributions under the
category "Bikers" below). Bikers/or
others seeking contributions for Tuesday's Angels may wish to collect cash
contributions from businesses (bars/health clubs, whatever) and either give
that money directly to a Tuesday's Angels Board Representative or to Bob
Swartz who has volunteered to safeguard those monies (under the rider's name)
until such time when the full amounts would be presented to the Tuesday's
Angels agency. This method might
work particularly well for those wanting to solicit directly from contributors
with no bank check involvement.

supply of liquids (water, Gatorade, Propel, etc.,) and nourishment ( cookies,

responsibility of the Support Vehicle persons to assure the vehicle is fully
supplied and maintained for the 3 day ride.
